Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes! Heroes Chasing Hope is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. After donating, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt for tax purposes.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. As soon as your donation is processed, you’ll receive an email receipt for your records. If you give monthly, you’ll receive a year-end summary as well.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our donation platform uses industry-standard encryption and secure processing to protect your personal and financial information. We never store or share your payment details.
Where does my donation go?
Your gift directly supports our missions—from field agent gear, photo props, and travel costs to toys, keepsake posters, and volunteer training. Every dollar helps bring smiles, hope, and faith to children and families facing tough battles. We do not have any paid staff; everyone is a volunteer.
Can I set up a recurring donation?
Yes! Monthly giving is a powerful way to provide consistent support. Just select the “Make this a monthly gift” option when donating, and you’ll be helping us plan and sustain future missions.
Can I donate on behalf of a company or as a gift?
Definitely! Whether it’s a business sponsorship, a tribute donation, or a gift in honor of someone special, we’re happy to help personalize it. Just let us know in the notes or reach out to us directly. We would love to have your company as a corporate sponsor, and we may even feature your company logo on our website!
Can I donate costumes, toys, or other supplies instead of money?
